In my case the bookmark.nsf was "locked" for what ever reason by either Lotus or another application even after Notes was closed. After notes was closed, I then ran zapnotes which cleared the problem. Rebooting would have done the same thing. I no longer get the "can't find view" under the anonymous context. Calendar, Todo and Mail all open fine now.
